Transfer Data into the Vault from the Local Drives and Access Directories

bulk-action

  1. Go to the Vault icon in the top left panel.
  2. Click the File Transfer Hub button in the top left panel.
  3. Select Transfer.
  4. In the new window, select an access directory or a drive from the right panel.
  5. Drag-and-drop the file(s) to the right panel into the vault.
  6. Once done, click Exit.

Set Up Defined Credentials for Transfer

  1. Go to the Vault icon in the top left panel.
  2. Click the File Transfer Hub button in the top left panel.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. In the new window, select Credentials
  5. Click Create new credential button in the top right panel.
  6. In the pop-up, select the credential provider.
  7. Click Authenticate.
  8. Once logged in, view your credentials in the table.
  9. Click Exit.

Set Up Drives Destined for Transfer

  1. Go to the Vault icon in the top left panel.
  2. Click the File Transfer Hub button in the top left panel.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. In the new window, select Drives.
  5. Tick the drives to mount.
  6. Click Mount in the top right panel.

Remove Drives Destined for Transfer

  1. Go to the Vault icon in the top left panel.
  2. Click the File Transfer Hub button in the top left panel.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. In the new window, select Drives.
  5. Tick the drives to unmount.
  6. Click Unmount in the top right panel.

Transfer from Dropbox to the Vault

bulk-action

  1. Go to the Vault icon in the top left panel.
  2. Click the File Transfer Hub button in the top left panel.
  3. Select Dropbox account.
  4. In the pop-up, click Add a new set of Dropbox credentials.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. In the integration prompt, click Allow.
  7. Tick the Home Dropbox card.
  8. Click Accept and click Next.
  9. In the new window, select the Dropbox directories from the right panel.
  10. Drag-and-drop the file(s) to the left panel into the vault.
  11. Once done, click Exit.

Transfer from Google Drive to the Vault

  3. Select Google Drive account.
  4. In the pop-up, click Add a new set of Google Drive credentials.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. In the integration prompt, click Allow.
  7. Tick the Home Google Drive card.
  8. Click Accept and click Next.
  9. In the new window, select the Google Drive directories from the right panel.
  10. Drag-and-drop the file(s) to the left panel into the vault.
  11. Once done, click Exit.

Access blocked: tiCrypt has not completed the Google verification process your-google-email-account. tiCrypt has not completed the Google verification process. The app is currently being tested, and can only be accessed by developer-approved testers. If you think you should have access, contact the developer. If you are a developer of tiCrypt, see error details. Error 403: access_denied

Transfer from OneDrive to the Vault

  2. Click the File Transfer Hub button in the top left panel.
  3. Select OneDrive account.
  4. In the pop-up, click Add a new set of OneDrive credentials.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. In the integration prompt, click Allow.
  7. Tick the Home OneDrive card.
  8. Click Accept and click Next.
  9. In the new window, select the OneDrive directories from the right panel.
  10. Drag-and-drop the file(s) to the left panel into the vault.
  11. Once done, click Exit.

Transfer from Box to the Vault

  9. In the new window, select the Box directories from the right panel.
  10. Drag-and-drop the file(s) to the left panel into the vault.
  11. Once done, click Exit.

Grant Access
With access to your your-email@email-provider.com Box account, TiCrypt can: Read and write all files and folders stored in Box. Granting access will redirect to:http://123.4.5.6:7890/proxy/box/accesstoken
Grant Access to Box
In the new window, click Grant Access to Box pop-up, and select one of the available providers:Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, SFTP Read Write, SFTP Read Only, or Box.
Unmount Home
The Box drive unmounted itself.
Check the Box Drive box before Accept
In the prompt, once your Box account is connected, check the Home then click Accept.
caution

To prevent data exfiltration, files can only be transferred from Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, or Microsoft OneDrive to your vault, not the other way around.

Transfer from an SFTP Client to the Vault

bulk-action

  1. Go to the Vault icon in the top left panel.
  2. Click the File Transfer Hub button in the top left panel.
  3. Select SFTP account.
  4. In the pop-up, click Add a new set of SFTP credentials.
  5. Enter the host, port, username, and password from your local SFTP software.
  6. Click Login.
  7. Once the SFTP credentials are added, click Next.
  8. In the new window, select the SFTP directories from the right panel.
  9. Drag-and-drop the file(s) to the left panel into the vault.
  10. Once done, click Upload.

The default SFTP port is 22, and you should use this port for SFTP transfers.

Data Flows Inbound Only
Select an SFTP server as the data endpoint, then enter your username and password. There is no need to specify a host port because port 22 is used by default.
Enter Details in SFTP Read Only to Connect
In the new window, enter your Host, Username, and Password to login. The port must be defaulted to 22.
Invalid SFTP Form
You entered incorrect credentials in the form.
Redo Form
Try to re-enter the information in the form again.
Could not connect to SFTP server
You do not have a registered account for the selected server.
Ask your Admin
Ask your admin to verify your existing account on server or register you for a new account on server.
